The Enhanced Community Care (ECC) Conference will take place on 1st September in Dublin Castle from 10:30am – 3:30pm. The theme for the conference is Bringing Care Closer to Home, providing ECC stakeholders across primary, community and acute services with the opportunity to discuss integrated care, share practical experiences of the ECC model and gain insights on how to sustain transformational change.
