Daryl Byrne is CEO of Euronext Dublin and a member of the Managing Board of Euronext N.V.
Daryl joined Euronext Dublin (formerly the Irish Stock Exchange plc) in 2000 and, prior to becoming CEO of Euronext Dublin in 2018, held several senior management roles, including Head of Regulation, Head of Strategy Planning and Brand, and Head of Corporate Listing and Policy.
Daryl is a member of the Irish Funds Council and participates on the Balance for Better Business Advisory Group. He was previously the Chairman of Centevo AB and a board member of MTS. He participated on the ESMA Corporate Finance Standing Committee Consultative Working Group, the European Corporate Governance Codes Network, the Irish REITs Forum and the Company Law Review Group.
Daryl is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, and holds a Bachelor in Business Studies degree from Trinity College Dublin.
