Shane Kelly serves as Corporate Affairs Director for Diageo in Ireland where he leads government relations, communications, and public policy. His work focuses on creating the conditions for business growth across multiple markets through effective engagement with governments, regulators, and industry partners.
During his Diageo career he held senior roles across Ireland, Europe, and Global Travel Retail. These positions involved work across Europe, Asia, and global markets during periods of regulatory change and economic disruption, including post pandemic recovery.
Shane is a member of the Diageo Ireland executive team, and serves as non-executive director on a number of external boards.
